Wild Wanderings taking place throughout the city
 Council RegionalParks Rangers feature prominently on this year's TV2 KidsFest calendar, and will host many Wild Wanderings throughout the city to introduce kids to the creatures that live in our city's green spaces.
Kids will be able to explore and learn about the wildlife at The Groynes, on the Port Hills, at Bottle Lake and in the Botanic Gardens, where they will be ably assisted by the Garden Gang.
Council Rangers will also take the time to explain just how they manage the environment that they work in.
There will also be an evening walk through the Botanic Gardens as night approaches so kids can learn more about and perhaps see the different kinds of wild creatures that come out at night.
