Swim your way to a healthier lifestyle 
A new programme has been designed for those feeling daunted at the thought of getting into even the slow lane at their local pool.
Council leisure pools have a lane designated for the Active Christchurch Swim Programme. It will be available at different times for complete beginners and those who haven’t swum for some time. The cost will be no more than that of a usual swim and an instructor will oversee the programme and give tips on technique and words of encouragement. Participants will each be given a chart to record their progress. Contact your nearest Council leisure pool for details on how to join the programme. |
