The Corporate Plan is the accountability document between the Elected Members and the Business Units of Council. It is a more detailed document than the Community Plan (sometimes referred to as the Long Term Council Community Plan or the LTCCP) which has a more external focus.
The Corporate Plan is used as a benchmark for Standing Committee monitoring of Council performance. Monitoring of actual results takes place at the end of the six monthly period and at the end of the 12 monthly period.
At this stage the Corporate Plan does not include any performance measures, however these are being worked upon and will be included in the final version of this document which will be adopted by the Council on the 30 June 2004.
