'Tyrannosaurus' eats up rubbish

Children at Isleworth School are among those using a tool affectionately known as Tyrannasaurus Pix
Children at Isleworth School are among those using a tool affectionately known as “Tyrannasaurus Pix” to pick up litter.

Supplied by the Keep Christchurch Beautiful Campaign, the tool means the children don’t have to touch rubbish with their hands.

Other schools are using the tool too and the KCB Campaign is hopeful that other people, including businesses, will use them, especially to keep road frontages and gutters clear.
