Why I Love Christchurch - Heart of the South

I love Christchurch. I love it because it is in New Zealand and the South Island.

I travel overseas a lot and it’s always great to get home. It’s not too big — usually 20 minutes can get you anywhere in the City.

I love the people’s sense of pride in the City, Canterbury sports teams and culture. I also think that having so many parks with sporting facilities, playgrounds and gardens makes the City a unique place for kids and adults alike.

Let’s not forget the doughnut caravan in the High Street Mall — mmmm, doughnuts!
