Dave Dobin Top Kiwi songwriter and musician Dave Dobbyn (right) will be the star performer at the New Year’s Eve concert in North Hagley Park.

He will take to the stage following segments of children’s entertainment, Maori song and dance, retro pop, musical theatre, opera and a performance from one of the country’s hottest new bands, Zed.
