"Annabel" tops awards Christchurch’s best-known cyclist was elevated to the status of media celebrity at the recent South Island Advertising Awards. Annabel is the feisty heroine of a cycle promotion designed to promote awareness and understanding of cyclists in the City. She stars in a comic strip which took away four of the evening’s honours, including the excellence award for a campaign across a range of media. "Annabel on Top" was created by local agency UMC with the Council’s cycle promotion staff. |
