Present:
Bob Todd (Chairperson), David Cox, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Anna Crighton and Brenda Lowe-Johnson.
Apologies:
An apology for absence was received and accepted from Brendan Smith.
An apology for early departure was received and accepted from David Cox who retired at 4.55 pm and was absent for part of clause 1, clauses 2-4,13,14 and 16-19.
