Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 February 2004

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held at 2pm on Wednesday 4 February 2004

Present: Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Yani Johanson, Linda Rutland, Brendan Smith and Denis O’Rourke.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from John Freeman.
An apology for late arrival was received and accepted from Rod Cameron.
Denis O’Rourke arrived at 2.20pm and departed at 2.40pm and was absent for clauses 4-15 and part of clauses 2 and 17.
Rod Cameron arrived at 3.35pm and was absent for clauses 1-3, 5-8, 11, 14-20 and part of subclause 4.3.
