KidsFest coming up
Christchurch’s coolest festival for kids is getting even bigger and better in your local community. Christchurch City Council Leisure will be staging some exciting events for kids on the hunt for some serious fun... Creative Kidz Coming to a neighbourhood near you for TV2 KidsFest! This fantastic afternoon of free fun features a line-up including Crayola Pavement Art, Junk Art, the Flying Forest Family Circus, entertainment, face painting, free balloons and heaps more! The circus show starts at 1pm, the art activities begin at 1.30pm. Times and venues are: Tuesday 3 July, 1pm – 4pm; Fendalton Hall, 170 Clyde Road. Free, bookings not necessary. Magical Books (Suitable 5 to 10yrs) A FREE magical illusion show staged at your local library. Following the magic show our amazing magician will transform himself into a balloon-twisting genius making balloon hats and all sorts of animals. A storytelling session will be held following the magic show.
