Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee
was held on Tuesday 9 April 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),The Mayor,
Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck, Graham Condon, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Megan Evans, Ingrid Stonhill, Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Carole Evans.
An apology for early retirement was received and accepted from Councillor Megan Evans.
Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 11.40am to 11.45am, retired at 1.40pm and was absent for clauses 3, 4, 6, part of clause 10, clauses 12-18, 19 and 2
Councillor Sally Buck was temporarily absent from 11.15am to 12.50pm and was absent for part of clause 1, part of clause 2 and clause 10.
Councillor Graham Condon retired temporarily from 11.12am to 11.20am and was absent for part of clause 10.
Councillor Barry Corbett retired temporarily from 12.30pm to 1.30pm and was absent for part of clause 2.
Councillor Megan Evans retired at 10.47am and was present for clauses 7, 8 and 17.
Councillor Ingrid Stonhill was absent from 1.30pm to 1.40pm, retired at 2.35pm and was absent for part of clause 11, clauses 4, 6, 15, 19 and 21.
Councillor Chrissie Williams retired at 3.15pm and was absent for part of clause 21.
Councillor Ron Wright retired temporarily from 11.10am to 12noon and was absent for part of clause 1, part of clause 2 and clause 10.
The Mayor arrived at 3.15pm and was present for clause 21.
