A meeting of the City Services Committee
was held on Tuesday 12 October 1999 at 2.00 pm

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Robin Booth, Sally Buck, David Buist, David Close, Graham Condon, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright.
In Attendance	Councillor Barbara Stewart.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Ian Howell. Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors David Buist, Graham Condon, Charles Manning and Sally Thompson. Councillor Condon arrived at 2.50pm, retired at 4.10pm and was present for clauses 1-3, 14, 25, 29, 30.2, 39 and 43. The Mayor arrived at 3.05pm, retired at 3.40pm and was present for clause 43. Councillors Buist and Thompson arrived at 4.30pm and were not present for clauses 1-3, 14, 25, 29, 30.1, 30.2, 41 and 43. Councillor Manning arrived at 5.00pm and was not present for clauses 1-4, 14, 25, 26, 29, 30.1, 30.2, 41 and 43. Councillor Stewart retired at 4.10pm and was present for clauses 1-3, 14, 25, 29, 30.1, 30.2, 41 and 43. Councillor Booth retired at 6.30pm and was not present for clauses 5-13, 15, 17-22, 27-29, 30.3-30.6, 33-38, 40 and 41. Councillor Wright retired at 6.40pm and was not present for clauses 5-13, 15, 17-22, 27-29, 30.3-30.6, 33-38, 40 and 41.
