How To Have Your Say The Council is preparing its Annual Plan and there will be a public consultation process of the plan in April – June. If you wish to comment now, please write to us at: "2001 Plan Submission", All comments will be taken into account during the consultation process. The Council’s proposals regarding the funds will be fully explained in the draft Annual Plan and other material circulated at that time.
