Report of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on Thursday 9 September 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff,  and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Barbara Stewart. Councillors Oscar Alpers and Paddy Austin arrived at 10.03am and were absent for clause 1. Councillor Sally Buck retired at 10.35am and was not present for clauses 3, 4, 6.1, 7, 8 and part of clause 5. Councillor Gail Sheriff retired at 10.45am and was not present for clauses 3, 4, 6.1, 7 and 8.
