Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 27 May 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Tuesday 11 May 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Ingrid Stonhill and for lateness from Councillor Carole Evans and Helen Broughton. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.40am and retired at 11.37am and was absent for clauses 8-12, 15, 20, 21 and part of clauses 7 and 13. Councillor Sally Buck temporarily retired from 12 noon to 12.05pm and was absent for part of clause 9. Councillor Graham Condon temporarily retired from 10.23am to 10.30am and 11.40am to 11.45am and was absent for clause 19 and part of clauses 1, 2 and 8. Councillor Carole Evans arrived at 9.37am and was absent for part of clause 13. Councillor Megan Evans retired at 11.39am and was absent for clauses 8-12, 15, 20, 21 and part of clause 7.
