Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Tuesday 15 June 2004 at 1pm

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor and for lateness from Councillors Sally Buck and Graham Condon and for early departure from Councillors Megan Evans and Ron Wright. Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 2.32pm to 2.53pm and 3.17pm to 3.21pm and was absent for clause 3, 11, 14 and part of clause 13.3. Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 1.03pm and retired was 3.36pm and was absent for clause 12 and part of clauses 4 and 6. Councillor Graham Condon arrived at 1.30pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7 and part of clause 8. Councillor Megan Evans retired temporarily from 1.17pm to 1.22pm, 1.25pm to 1.30pm and retired at 2.46pm and was absent for clauses 4, 12, 13.3 and part of clauses 6 and 8. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill arrived at 1.05pm, retired temporarily from 2.07pm to 2.15pm and was absent for part of clauses 6, 9 and 10. Councillor Ron Wright retired temporarily from 2.13pm to 2.20pm and 2.33pm to 3.20pm and was absent for clauses 3, 11, 14 and part of clauses 9 and 13.3.
