Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board was held on Monday 31 May 2004 at 4pm

Present:	Don Rowlands (Chairperson), Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt, Carole Evans, Carmen Hammond, Alister James, Caroline Kellaway, Andy Lea, Gail Sheriff and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Carmen Hammond, who arrived at 4.05 pm and was absent for clause 6 and part of clause 1.1. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Caroline Kellaway, who arrived at 4.05 pm and was absent for clause 6 and part of clause 1.1. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Bob Andrews, who arrived at 6.03 pm and was absent for clauses 1 to 7. Gail Sheriff retired at 5.40 pm and was absent for clauses 8 and 9 and part of clauses 4 and 5.
