Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 February 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held at 9.30am on Tuesday 10 February 2004

Present:

Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman, until 11.40am), Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams (assumed the chair from 11.40am) and Ron Wright.

Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and from Councillor Sally Buck for lateness and Councillor Graham Condon for early departure. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.45am and was absent for part of clause 8. Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 9.48am and retired at 11.28am and was absent for part of clause 8 and for clauses 7, 17 and 19. Councillor Graham Condon retired at 10.40am and was absent for clauses 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13.3, 15, 17, 19 and part of clauses 5 and 16. Councillor Megan Evans retired temporarily from 10.42am to 10.47am and was absent for part of clause 3. Councillor Denis O’Rourke retired at 11.40am and was absent for clauses 7, 17 and 19. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill arrived at 9.40am and temporarily retired from 10.47am to 10.55am and was absent for part of clauses 3, 4, and 8. Councillor Chrissie Williams retired temporarily at 10.55am and returned at 11am and was absent for part of clause 4 and clauses 11 and 15. Councillor Ron Wright retired at 11.40am and was absent for clauses 7, 17 and 19.
