'Warmer Homes' continues Assistance will be provided for another year under the Council’s clean-air programme for those people on low incomes. Grants will still be provided for insulation, electric heaters and other forms of clean heating. However, subsidies will no longer be available for solid-fuel burners because of uncertainty about their future use.
