Borrowing and investment refined

Council’s borrowing management policy and the investment policy have changed slightly from last year.

They have been revised and are published in the Strategic Statement for community consultation.

Of significance is the introduction of the Capital Endowment Fund. The Council will develop the investment policy further with the introduction of this fund.
