Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.56am and retired temporarily from 12.00pm to 12.10pm and retired at 1.45pm and was absent for clauses 1, 3-10, 15, 16, 18.1, 18.2, 19, 20, 24 and part of clauses 17 and 21.
Councillor Sally Buck was temporarily absent from 11.31am to 11.42am and retired at 12.30pm and was absent for clauses 2-10, 16, 18.3, 19-21 and 24 and part of clause 13.
Councillor Graham Condon was temporarily absent from 10.20am to 10.25am and retired at 12noon and was absent for clauses 2-10, 16, 18.3, 19, 20, and part of clauses 11, 21 and 24.
Councillor Barry Corbett arrived at 11.30am and was absent for clauses 1, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18.1 and 18.2.
Councillor Carole Evans retired at 2.37pm and was absent for clause 24.
Councillor Megan Evans retired at 1.40pm and was absent for clauses 3-10, 16,19-21 and 24.
