Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
to the Council

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board 
was held on Monday 14 October 2002 at 4.08pm

Present: Don Rowlands (Chairperson), Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt,
Carole Evans, Carmen Hammond, Alister James, Caroline Kellaway, Andy Lea and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies: An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Andy Lea who arrived at 4.09 pm and was present for clauses 1 to 4 and 6 to 8.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Carole Evans who arrived at 4.32 pm and was present for clauses 2 to 4, 7, 8 and part of clause 6.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Alister James who arrived at 4.32 pm and was present for clauses 2 to 4, 7, 8 and part of clause 6.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Don Rowlands who arrived at 4.42 pm and was present for clauses 2 to 4, 7, 8 and part of clause 6. 
The Deputy Chairperson (Caroline Kellaway) temporarily assumed the Chair prior to the arrival of the Chairperson.
