Present:	Bob Todd (Chair), Erin Baker, John Freeman, Charles Manning, Liz McRostie, Aaron O’Brien, Denis O’Rourke and Linda Rutland.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Derek McCullough. Charles Manning arrived at 4.50pm and was present for clauses 1-15 and 20-23. Denis O’Rourke arrived at 4.35pm and was present for clauses 1-15 and 18-23.
