Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board 22 November 1999

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
was held on Monday 22 November 1999 in the Boardroom,
Shirley Service Centre, 36 Marshland Road at 4.00 pm

Present:	Chrissie Williams (Chairperson), Glenda Burt, David Close, David Dobbie, Carole Evans, Alister James, Caroline Kellaway, Andy Lea and Don Rowlands.
Apologies:	. Andy Lea retired temporarily from 5.45 pm to 6.05 pm and was absent for clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16 and part of clauses 3 and 17. Alister James retired at 5.41 pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and part of clause 11. The Chairperson retired at 6.15 pm and the Deputy Chairperson assumed the Chair for clauses 13, 18, 19, 20, 21 and part of clause 17.
