A meeting of the City Services Committee was held on Wednesday 25 November 1998 at 1.00 pm
| PRESENT: | Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors David Buist, David Close, Graham Condon, Morgan Fahey, Ian Howell, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright. |
| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and
Councillor Charles Manning. Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Graham Condon and Morgan Fahey. |
| ABSENT: | Councillor Robin Booth. Councillor Condon arrived at 1.20 pm, retired at
3.40 pm and was not present for clauses 7- 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20.1, 20.4, 23, 26- 30,
32 and 33. Councillor Fahey arrived at 1.35 pm, retired at 5.00 pm and was not present for clauses 4, 12, 13, 15, 20.1, 20.2, 22, 23 and 30. Councillor Buist retired at 3.55 pm and was not present for clauses 7- 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20.4, 26, 28- 30. |
