Women’s running group
A running programme starting in February is tailored for women to help improve fitness levels, running style, flexibility and endurance. Want to challenge yourself to reach a fitness goal?
This programme caters for all levels, from beginners to experienced runners. Join the Tuesday and/or Thursday evening running group for support, training advice and on-going motivation. Courses start on 7 and 9 February at 5.30pm and cost $60 for 10 weeks.
