Riccarton-Wigram Community Board seeks your views Chairman's Message . . . The Riccarton-Wigram Community Board is the key to true local government. The board has a wide range of delegated powers relating to local matters, with an advocacy-advisory role in relation to metropolitan issues affecting our community. The board seeks your views through residents’ associations, neighbourhood groups and public meetings to identify the issues and then, along with the service centre staff, help you to achieve your goals.
