An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Chrissie Williams.
An apology for lateness was received from Councillor Yani Johanson who arrived at 9.35am and was absent for part of clause 5.
Councillor Bob Shearing departed at 11.50am and was absent for clause 5 and part of clause 3.
Councillor Sally Buck departed at 12.55pm and was absent for part of clause 4.
