Present:	Christchurch City Council Councillors Barry Corbett, Bob Shearing and Gail Sheriff. Banks Peninsula District Council Mayor Bob Parker and Councillors Stephen Lowndes and Stewart Miller.
Staff Present:	Roy Baker, Graham Boyd, Dorothy Couch, Anusha Guler, Stephen Hill, Chris Hopman, Janet Luxton, Peter Mitchell, and Councillor Claudia Reid.
