Report of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee was held at 9.15am on Wednesday 3 March 2004

Present:	Councillor Sally Buck (Chairperson),  Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Helen Broughton, Anna Crighton, Pat Harrow,  Denis O'Rourke and Chrissie Williams.
In Attendance:	Councillor Barbara Stewart from 9.30am - 11.12am.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors David Cox and Sue Wells. Councillors Oscar Alpers and Pat Harrow arrived at 9.25am and were absent for part of clause 1. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.30am and temporarily retired at 9.45am, returning at 10.48am and was absent for part of clauses 1 and 3. Councillor Denis O’Rourke arrived at 9.30am and retired at 11.05am and was absent for clause 4 and part of clause 1. Councillor Anna Crighton arrived at 9.50am and left at 11.15am and was absent for clause 1 and 4 and part of clause 3.
