Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held at 9.30am on Tuesday 9 March 2004

Present:

Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),  Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.

Apologies:

An apology for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and from Councillors Megan Evans and Ingrid Stonhill for lateness. Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 12.03pm to 12.06 pm and retired at 12.47pm and was absent for part of clauses 4 and 6 and clauses 12 and 13. Councillor Graham Condon retired at 12.46pm and was absent for part of clause 6 and clauses 12 and 13. Councillor Barry Corbett retired temporarily from 12.12pm to 12.40pm and was absent for clauses 5, 9, 11 and part of clauses 4 and 6. Councillor Megan Evans arrived at 11.25am and retired temporarily from 12.40pm to 12.52pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 7, 8 and part of clause 3 and 6. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill arrived at 9.45am and was temporarily absent from 10.29am to 10.41am and retired at 12.03pm and was absents for part of clauses 1, 4 and 7 and clauses 5, 6, 9, and 11-13.
