A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held on Wednesday 9 June 2004 at 5pm

Present:	Myra Barry, Robin Booth, Anne Carroll, Megan Evans, Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Ingrid Stonhill and Stephen Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Ingrid Stonhill, who arrived at 5.30pm, and who was absent for clauses 1‑4 inclusive, and from Graham Condon, who arrived at 6.10pm and who was absent for all clauses, except part of clause 15.
