Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held on Monday 31 May 2004 at 4pm

Present:	Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Shirley Fairhall, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Linda Rutland, Brendan Smith and Denis O’Rourke.
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Brendan Smith who arrived at 4.12pm and was absent for clauses 2.1 and 6. Rod Cameron arrived at 4.05pm and was absent for part of clause 2.1. Denis O’Rourke arrived at 4.25pm and was absent for clause 6 and part of clause 2. Anna Crighton, John Freeman and Yani Johanson were absent for part of clause 3. Denis O’Rourke and John Freeman retired at 6.30pm and were absent for part of clause 11 and clauses 5 and 12–17 inclusive.
