A meeting of the Riccarton/Wigram Community Board was held on Wednesday 7 July 2004 at 5pm

Present:	Mike Mora (Chairperson), Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, Ishwar Ganda, Ken Cummings, Peter Laloli, Paddy Austin, Lesley Keast and Bob Shearing.
Apologies:	Helen Broughton and Paddy Austin arrived at 5.06 pm and were absent for clause 3 and part of clause 1.
