Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 August 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held on Wednesday 11 August 2004 at 3pm

Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors  Sally Buck, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Linda Rutland, Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Helen Broughton. The Mayor arrived at 4.10pm, retired temporarily at 4.20pm, returned to the meeting at 4.32pm, retired at 4.42pm and was absent for clauses 1-4 part 5, 6 and part 7. Councillor Sally Buck retired temporarily from 5pm to 5.15pm and was absent for part of clause 5.
