Report of the Riccarton/Wigram Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 22 April 2004

A meeting of the Riccarton/Wigram Community Board was held at 5pm on Wednesday 31 March 2004

Present: Mike Mora (Chairperson), Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, Ishwar Ganda, Ken Cummings, Peter Laloli, Lesley Keast and Bob Shearing.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Paddy Austin.
Helen Broughton arrived at 6.10 pm, temporarily retired from 6.25 pm to 6.40 pm, and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 and 11.
Lesley Keast retired at 6.55 pm and was absent for clause 8 only.
