A meeting of the Joint Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee and Property and Major Projects Committee was held on Thursday 1 April 2004 at 3.30pm

Present:	Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee: Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Sally Buck, Gail Sheriff and Ingrid Stonhill. Property and Major Projects Committee: Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman), Councillors Gail Sheriff and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Paddy Austin, Barry Corbett, Pat Harrow and Barbara Stewart. Councillor Norm Withers arrived at 2.38pm and was absent for part of clause 1. Councillor Ingrid Stonhall arrived at 2.47pm and retired from the meeting at 3.30pm and was absent for clauses 1 and clause 4. Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 2.55pm and retired from the meeting at 3.30pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 4 and part of clause 2. Councillor Anna Crighton reired from the meeting at 3.30pm and was absent for clause 4.
