Sustainability Expo

The next Canterbury Sustainability Expo is to be held on 15-16 February at the Canterbury Horticultural Hall. The City Council and Environment Canterbury are the major sponsors. The main focus is on sustainable development, with exhibits and displays about building and heating options, energy efficient appliances, insulation products, Government information and advice, new and emerging technologies, grey water, alternative transport and biodiesel, organics, permaculture and education. Both days feature keynote speakers, working demonstrations and the chance to speak to exhibitors.
