Check pool fencing
Have you checked your pool fencing this season? The
responsibility for preventing swimming pool and spa
pool drownings rests with pool owners. They are
required by law to ensure that their swimming and spa
pools are properly fenced. For new swimming pool owners or those who do not know the fencing regulations,
help is available by calling the Council’s environmental monitoring team
