Botanic Gardens branding
A new brand image is being developed for the
Botanic Gardens, which get
more than 1.2 million visits
a year and are a key part of
Christchurch’s Garden City
image. The landmark
Cuningham House, which
opened in 1923, was
chosen as a design
component because it
reflects the heritage nature
of the Gardens and for its
importance as a
conservation and education facility. The foliage in the design is based on native podocarps. Elements of the design will be featured on site signage. |
