Free aerobics Free morning aerobic classes are to be held at the Pioneer Leisure Centre in the week of 5-11 November. The free classes will provide a good opportunity to try out some of the exercises and be able to talk to instructors about the best combination of classes to suit a fitness goal. The morning classes will start at 9.30 and 10.30. For a class timetable ring 941 6851. The Pioneer Centre provides a child-care centre, swimming pools, sun beds, a café and car parking.
