Community rooms next The City Council is looking at providing community rooms at some of its existing housing complexes that do not have them. No new housing units are planned at present but last month the Minister of Housing, Mark Gosche, opened the Council’s latest housing complex. Built for older residents, Hornby Courts is at the corner of Main South Road and Goulding Avenue, on a bus route, close to Hornby Mall and the local library. The complex is fully tenanted already, with a waiting list. |
