A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held on 
Wednesday 29 January 2003 at 4pm

Present: Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Myra Barry, Anne Carroll, Graham Condon, Megan Evans, Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson) and Stephen Wright
Absent: Robin Booth
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Norm Withers.
Graham Condon retired from the meeting at 5.40pm and was absent for clauses 18 and 19.
