A meeting of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee
was held on Wednesday 2 April 2003 at 9.15am

Present:

Councillor Sally Buck (Chairperson),
Councillors Oscar Alpers, Helen Broughton, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Pat Harrow, Denis O'Rourke and Sue Wells.

Apologies:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Chrissie Williams.
Councillors Helen Broughton and Denis O’Rourke arrived at 9.25am and were not present for clause 3.
Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 9.28am and was not present for clause 3 and part of clause 1.
Councillor Oscar Alpers retired at 11.30am and was not present for clause 4.
Councillor Anna Crighton retired at 11.37am and was not present for part of clause 4.
