Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee
was held on Tuesday 12 March 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),
Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: An apology for early retirement was received and accepted from Councillor Barry Corbett.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Graham Condon.
Councillor Helen Broughton retired at 4.25pm and was absent for part of clause 14.
Councillor Graham Condon arrived at 12.45pm, retired temporarily from 2.25pm to 4.15pm and was present for clauses 7, 8, 14, 15.4, 15.5, 17 and 18.
Councillor Carole Evans was temporarily absent from 12.45pm to 2.05pm, retired at 4.25pm and was absent for clauses 7, 8, part of clause 14, clauses 15.4, 15.5, 17 and 18.
Councillor Ron Wright was temporarily absent from 12.45pm to 4.10pm and was present for clauses 1-6, 10, 14, 15.1-15.3 and 20.
Councillor Megan Evans retired at 1.15pm and was absent for part of clause 8, clauses 9, 11-14, 15.4, 15.5, 16, 18 and 19.
Councillor Chrissie Williams retired at 1.35pm and was absent for part of clause 8, clauses 9, 11-14, 15.4, 15.5, 16, 18 and 19.
Councillor Ingrid Stonhill retired at 3.40pm and was absent for clause 13 and part of clause 14.
