Report of the Property and Major Projects Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Property and Major Projects Committee was held on
Friday 8 March 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman),
Councillors Erin Baker,   Barry Corbett,  Lesley Keast,  Denis O’Rourke,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Norm Withers.
Apology:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor.
Councillor O’Rourke arrived at 9.45am, retired at 11.30am, and was absent for clauses 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
Councillor Keast retired at 10.30am and was absent for clauses 2 to 10 inclusive.
Councillor Baker retired at 12.05pm and was absent for clauses 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.
