Report of the Consultation and Communication Special Committee to the Council Meeting of 21 November 2002

Present:	Councillor Oscar Alpers (Chairman), Councillors Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett,Carole Evans and Ingrid Stonhill and Mr Mike Mora (Riccarton (Wigram/Community Board).
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Megan Evans and Sue Wells and Mrs Yvonne Palmer and Mr Bob Todd. An apology for lateness was received from Councillor Paddy Austin who arrived at 9.50am during the discussion on clause 1. Councillor Carole Evans retired at 10.58am and was present for clauses 1 and 2.
