Report of the Parks and Recreation Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee 
was held on Wednesday 9 May 2001 at 4pm

Present: Councillor Ishwar Ganda (in the Chair),

In Attendance: Councillors David Close (clauses 1, 3, 4, 10 and 11),  Lesley Keast (clause 1),  Charles Manning (clauses 7 and 18) and Ron Wright (clauses 1 and 10).
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Paddy Austin and Councillor Graham Condon.
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Erin Baker and Sally Buck.
Councillors Buck and Baker arrived at 4.15pm and were present for all clauses except clause 10.
Councillor Stonhill retired at 6.30pm and was present for clauses 1, 3, 4, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16 and 18.
Councillor Sheriff retired at 6.55pm and was present for clauses 1, 3, 4, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
