Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright. Barbara Stewart arrived at 4.10pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 7, 8 and 12. Ron Wright arrived at 4.27pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 3 (part), 7, 8 and 12.
