Present:	Councillor Erin Baker (Acting Chairperson), Councillors Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Alister James, Lesley Keast, Ingrid Stonhill and Sally Thompson.
In Attendance:	George Hampton (Youth Councillor).
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton, Barbara Stewart and Sue Wells. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Ingrid Stonhill. Councillor James arrived at 12.10pm and was absent for part of Clauses 2 and 3. Councillor Buck arrived at 12.15pm and was absent for part of Clauses 2 and 3. Councillor Stonhill arrived at 12.20pm and was absent for Clauses 2 and 3.
